Subject: Genocide in Canada?
Dear Hon. Minister,
I am certain you must be aware of very recent media reports concerning the statements made by a Muslim cleric in British Columbia to the effect that all Jews should be killed and other rhetoric of this nature.
I can not find words to describe my reactions to the fact that these statements were reportedly made some 6 months ago and no action of any kind has been taken by Canadian law enforcement agencies - presumably such action would also have been reported by the media.
What kind of a country are we living in when a community leader can make such remarks, record them for distribution and publicize them on the Internet with impunity? Although a proud Canadian for very many years, I am a Jew who was born in Berlin, Germany and can still remember having a Hitler Youth point a dagger at my throat and tell me he will kill me with it as soon as he gets the order.
Is this where Canada is going? If so, the Christian community should take note - according to well documented data, Christians are equally on the hit list of fundamental Muslims.
