Fair enough, I understand the problem. How can you can have free speech for all but not for some?

Given that libel and slander laws, contarian groups, public discourse and ridicule SHOULD be enough to harness this sort of dishonest venom,is it enough and is it working?

What sort of speech or action falls in the category of "shouting fire in a crowed theatre"?
