Speech freedom should not be restircted, but the punishments from censuring are many

Especially not on campus (whose community of scholars is supposed to search for truth through the conflict of ideas), but even off campus, speech should not be restircted to special designated areas, because that implies a vavlvet totalitarian regime for the non-designated areas.

On the other hand, the punishment of false opinion includes not only sober counterarguments, but also ridicule, and even lawyers when it can be shown that the speech is contrary to libel laws is a form of propaganda practiced by totalitarians like Goebels.

So I would have gladly signed along with the 150 if the statement did not refer to the hate speech concept, and instead focused on the fact that a term like Ïsraeli apartheid was a form of Goebels propaganda.
