I have to agree with Mr. Kay on this one in regards to section 13. There are existing laws against libel and threatening of violence. Free speech is a cornerstone of democracy and tolerating scumbags is the price we pay. Besides, we truly defeat them in the open battle of ideas, not by deportation or sending them to jail.
As for Jonathan's prior article about anti-Semitism not existing in Canada, he is wrong. I think it is much better than what it was decades ago, but not even close to being gone (if even such a thing is possible). But this is separate from this more recent article.
