I also was heartened, when reading this ad defending Israel in the National Post, and attacking the "Israel Apartheid Week" (IAW) events.
This is the kind of advocacy needed on our increasingly radical-left campuses. Neither the Canadian Jewish Congress nor the Canada-Israel Committee will defend Israel, in the face of the annual IAW attacts. It is important for local groups to take up the fight against anti-Jewish activism, and to renounce appeasement.
Does anyone know who organized of this ad? It would be useful to e-mail them some encouragement, and to encourage them to undertake more such advertising next year.
